L’étude de la restructuration urbaine de la ZAC des Mascareignes (une zone d’extension périurbaine du Port, fortement caractérisée par un tissu commercial en entrée de ville) a jeté les bases du développement du nouveau quartier, comprenant 1 200 logements, des équipements publics, des infrastructures tertiaires et de proximité.

Preliminary Study for the Urban Restructuring of the Mascareignes Zoning Area (a peri-urban extension zone of Le Port, heavily characterized by a commercial frontage) laid the groundwork for the development of the new district, including 1,200 housing units, public facilities, tertiary infrastructure, and local amenities.
